She debuted as a member of girl groupBaby Vox, staying with the group from to , as well as WSG Wannabe, a female project group in Yoon has since moved on to acting and is best known for starring in the television dramas Princess Hours (), The Vineyard Man (), Coffee Prince (), My Fair Lady (), Lie to Me (), and Missing You ().

– Debut with Baby V.O.X
Yoon debuted as a member of Baby V.O.X at the age of 15, replacing an ex-member (Lee Gai) in Yoon was the sub-vocal in the group.[3]
